NetBiz Studio offers digital branding and business development services, including web design, branding, email marketing, copywriting, and strategic consulting. These services are tailored to freelancers, entrepreneurs, content creators, and small businesses.

  1. Services Provided

Our service suites include:

  • The Vision to Reality Starter Business Suite
  • The Makeover Brand Suite
  • The Funnel & Flow Email Marketing Suite

Each service is custom-built and includes strategic planning, content creation, design, development, and support as outlined on our Offerings page.

  1. Project Timelines

Project timelines vary based on scope:

  • Websites typically take 4–8 weeks.
  • Full brand suite projects may take 1–3 months.

Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, delayed payments, or incomplete forms) may result in project timeline extensions.

  1. Payment Terms
  • A 50% deposit is required upfront to begin any project.
  • The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, prior to final delivery or website launch.
  • Projects range from €600 to €3,000 depending on scope.
  • Yearly hosting and domain service is offered at a fixed rate of €40.

All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide necessary materials and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Review and approve drafts before development.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally.

We reserve the right to terminate or delay projects if the client fails to uphold their responsibilities.

  1. Revisions & Approvals

Each service includes a specified number of revision rounds. Revisions beyond this scope may incur additional fees. Final approval by the client is required before proceeding to development or launch.

  1. Intellectual Property
  • All work created by NetBiz Studio remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.
  • Upon final payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for their business.

NetBiz Studio retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

  1. Hosting & Domains

Clients may use our hosting and domain service for €40/year or choose their own provider. We are not responsible for third-party hosting issues beyond our control.

  1. Post-Launch Support

We provide 3 months of complimentary post-launch maintenance to fix bugs, answer questions, and make minor tweaks. Ongoing support thereafter is available for an additional fee.

  1. Limitation of Liability

NetBiz Studio is not liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect damages resulting from use or inability to use our services.
  • Issues arising from third-party integrations, hosting providers, or platforms (e.g., WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce).
  1. Privacy Policy

We collect and store information you provide via contact forms or during project engagement solely for service delivery purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

  1. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may cancel a project with written notice. If canceled:

  • The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • No refunds are issued for completed milestones.
  1. Modifications

NetBiz Studio reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
